What you’ll be doing

As Client Services Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing accounts, delivering great client service and building and maintaining relationships.

You will be key to client retention, through day-to-day client liaison on specific accounts. You’ll schedule and manage deliverables, acting as the lynchpin between client requests and agency fulfilment, and you’ll form an intimate understanding of the client’s business and their needs.

Other duties include:

  • Responsibility for account administration, including invoicing and workstream planning.
  • Creating internal agency briefs and will see them through project set-up to completion.
  • Managing client budgets, project tasks and deadlines using a range of management software

What skills you’ll need

We’re looking for solid comparable experience in an account management or project management role within a digital agency.

You’ll be a dynamic individual with a highly organised nature and a strong eye for detail. You must also have strong listening and questioning skills, coupled with strategic nous and the ability to identify, generate and communicate good ideas.

Other requirements include:

  • Strong people skills with a collaborative ‘can do’ attitude.
  • A fast learner who can pick up and retain knowledge on new businesses, products and markets.
  • Ability to use analytics packages to conduct research and present findings.
  • Someone that shares a passion for digital marketing and keeps up to date on new industry trends.
