What you’ll be doing
As Paid Marketing Manager based out of our Exeter offices, you’ll take charge of our current paid service offering.
Working alongside project managers and client services teams, you’ll advise clients on strategy and develop integrated campaigns. You’ll be planning and forecasting digital media spend and optimising it across search, display and social, ensuring to drive the lowest CPA possible.
This is a practical role, and so you’ll manage the full end-to-end process, from initial research and implementation of the structure, through to the delivery of results and monitoring of impact.
Other duties include:
- Running performance marketing campaigns for multiple accounts and overseeing elements of client relationships.
- Being responsible for your own workload and managing your time effectively to ensure on time completion that’s within budget.
- Keeping on top of paid marketing industry developments and passing that knowledge onto the team.
What skills you’ll need
We’re looking for a paid search specialist with specific agency experience, so you must have led on your own accounts and consider yourself an expert in all things AdWords and Bing.
As with most digital agencies, we’re not about having rigid corporate structures, so you must be a self-starter that can jump in at the deep-end with client work.
You’re sociable, friendly and you enjoy collaborating with your team. You have a true passion for digital and what you do.
Other key requirements are:
- Experience with GDN and Shopping.
- Google AdWords and Facebook Paid qualifications, and experience of other tools such as Google DoubleClick.
- Media buying and planning experience
- Good knowledge of SEO in order to make recommendations for a wider digital strategy.
- International campaign experience.
