What you’ll be doing

As Social Media Manager based out of our Exeter offices, you’ll be planning and implementing social plans for our clients on a day-to-day basis.

Collaborating with a team of digital marketers, project managers and client services managers, you’ll advise clients on strategy and develop integrated campaigns. This is a practical role, and so you’ll manage the full content creation and community engagement. You’ll also gather and understand meaningful social data to deliver insights and recommendations back to the client.

Other duties include:

  • Conceiving and implementing social buzz campaigns.
  • Utilising tools such as Hootsuite to manage multiple channels.
  • Repurposing content for multiple channels from LinkedIn to SnapChat.
  • Integrating paid media buying into campaigns to increase reach on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Identifying KPIs for campaigns covering reach, engagement, data capture and ROI.

What skills you’ll need

We’re looking for a Social Media expert that has experience of leading on campaigns within an agency.

As with most digital agencies, we’re not about rigid corporate structures, so you must be a self-starter that can jump in at the deep-end with client work.

You’re sociable, friendly and you enjoy collaborating with your team. You have a true passion for digital and what you do.

Other key requirements are:

  • Demonstrate experience in community management, influencer outreach and relationship management.
  • Strong content marketing skills.
  • Familiarity with systems like Marketo, Hub Spot, Pardot or similar.
