Renshaw are one of the top manufacturers and suppliers of baking goods in Europe. They wanted to increase awareness of their products among consumers by running a campaign alongside the BBC’s Great British Bake Off.
The aim of the campaign was to grow their social audience across their channels as well as increase their email database. KPIs for the campaign were channel growth, database growth and traffic to their homepage.
The Great Renshaw Bake Off was a nine-week social campaign that ran a series of weekly competitions along the Great British Bake Off.
Learning from our previous year’s competition and to reduce friction to entry the competitions were a combination of quizzes and other easy entry options as well as challenges that involved baking. This was supported with strong social activity and some media spend.
The campaign was a huge success for Renshaw. Key results include:

- 2,865 new followers across their social channels
- 2,217 new email subscribers
- 151% increase in site traffic from social
