Senior SEO Consultant

Job title: Senior SEO Consultant

Employer: Organic

Reporting to: Head of SEO

Contract type: Permanent

Location details: Exeter (2 days per week office based ideally)

Are you an experienced SEO professional with strong all-round knowledge? Are you interested in leading on a large-scale project? If so, then you could be our next Senior SEO Consultant.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior SEO Consultant, you’ll be primarily leading on the relationship and workload for one key client who is a major player in its industry. This will include a mixture of hands-on technical SEO and content duties for a large-scale site, as well as effectively handling client queries and creating long term strategies.

Aside from your duties as project lead, you may also assist with other sites and clients, as and when required and depending on capacity.

You’ll work with a mixture of tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Adobe Analytics as well as other specialist and in-house platforms.

What skills you’ll need

As this role will be managing key client relationships, we’re looking at mid-weight-to-senior level consultants with previous experience in leading on large-scale site projects, ideally within e-commerce but all experience helpful.

You’ll need a broad range of SEO knowledge across content and technical aspects, as well as fluidity in using standard tools like Google Analytics and the ability to pick up skills in new tools quickly.

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven individual, so you’ll be the type of person that seeks out the latest algorithm updates as soon as they’re released and someone that strives to stay at the top of your game.

Experience using tools such as SEMrush, Sistrix, Deepcrawl and Screaming Frog is advantageous, as is knowledge of any other digital marketing channels and development. Of course any other tools and knowledge you can bring to us will always be a bonus.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll be coming into a thriving agency, working on a mix of large client projects across the full digital spectrum. You’ll have a chance to make a real impact on the business from day one. Our extensive benefits package includes:

  • Monthly wellbeing allowance
  • Personal development training plan
  • Enhanced parental packages
  • Cycle 2 work, retail discounts, fitness discounts
  • Mental and physical wellbeing support
  • Monthly star performer awards
  • Flexible working
  • Ability to work from home
  • Monthly social get togethers (virtual for the time being)
  • Friday beers and games
  • Plus a whole lot more!
