Burrington Estates is a Devon-based property developer. They were undertaking a new regeneration project at the abandoned Winslade Park development near Exeter. They asked us to generate a brand identity for the development.
Problem
This was a bold, new development project: the regeneration of an abandoned site to become a new hub for business, residential, and recreation. Set in acres of park land and with a luxury spa planned, the development needed a unique identity separate from Burrington Estates.
