We had carried out a number of projects for Episerver, so they came to us for help on the creation of a new hero asset for their website.
Problem
Episerver’s brand position places them as the customer-centric digital experience platform. However, their website lacked a hero asset that conveyed their proposition.
Solution
Through close consultation with stakeholders we developed a new ‘digital experience frame’ device that placed the end consumer at the centre of a personalised digital experience. The asset morphs through different customers (using Episerver’s target verticals for reference), and the ‘digital frame’ would change with them. The creative solution made it clear that Episerver builds intelligent and customer-centric digital experiences.
Results
Client stakeholders were delighted with the creative, and fast tracked production of the asset creation.
Asset is due for launch on the revised website in summer 2020.
