Improve International provides CPD training to vets and vet nurses in many countries around the world. We were approached by their marketing team to assist in getting their paid media accounts on track, with a suitable strategy and effective reporting, plus an ongoing relationship of guidance and assistance in campaign strategy and management. 

Problem

Improve were running paid media campaigns across search and social, but they were lacking a coordinated, funnel-based strategy. All accounts were in need of an overhaul to reflect the new strategy and to bring them up to the latest best practice standards. The general performance also needed to be improved. In addition their reporting on paid media was fragmented and lacked clear channel attribution.
