7 Reasons we love Hubspot (and why you will too)

When you think about HubSpot, what springs to mind? Most people will probably say ‘CRM platform’, right? And at its core, that’s what it is. But HubSpot is so much more. A full stack marketing platform that’s built around central customer records, HubSpot is uniquely powerful, because everything you do leads back to those records. So, with that in mind, here are seven reasons we love HubSpot, and why it could be the right solution for you.

1. Uber-powerful CRM

Like we said, at its core, HubSpot is a robust and customisable CRM platform with all the features and automation tools you’d expect in an enterprise-grade solution.

For example, you can create custom tags and fields that suit how your business operates, and push data into those fields based on conditions. What else? Users can automatically track call and email histories via integrations with the most popular tools.

HubSpot also understands that marketing is about having a solid foundation of data – something marketeers would kill for, but can’t always achieve with complex systems like Salesforce that are often cobbled together or poorly implemented.

2. Ultimate marketing tool

On top of recording reliable data, there’s HubSpot’s marketing suite. In a nutshell, it does everything and it does it well.

For instance, you can create and manage email campaigns and journeys, as well as landing pages and forms. All of these pass data back into the CRM and track customers as they cross different mediums.

On top of that, HubSpot integrates with all major social media platforms and can synchronise posts, track engagement, and where possible connect social users with their CRM records. Let’s be honest, that’s the marketing dream, and it’s easy to do with HubSpot.

3. Supercharged analytics

HubSpot connects these interactions via a deep analytics platform that’s capable of tracking and collecting data from multiple sources including websites, emails, forms, landing pages and more. Because the analytics suite is natively connected to the rest of the platform, you can push and pull data from the CRM and other tools to create incredible automated blended views. Without HubSpot, doing that requires a fair few man-hours and a rubbish excel sheet.

Here at Organic, we’ve switched to using HubSpot 100% of the time and removed all other tracking tools, including Google Analytics. Why? Because HubSpot offers reliable and more powerful views.

4. Second to none sales pipelines

So, we have a best-in-class CRM and top-notch marketing; the only thing missing is sales. Well, HubSpot thought of that too, by building a sales management and pipeline system into the platform.

The pipeline allows sales teams to record the status of deals, including contacts and value. It’s totally customisable in terms of how you manage new business, and is incredibly easy to use. Sales teams can use integrated meeting booking systems, update customer records and record automated communications onto accounts. And so, as a deal progresses, they can collect information on what does and doesn’t work to close deals.

On top of that, remember the fancy analytics data? Well, you can create automations to populate your prospects list based on how they interact with your marketing efforts. That way, you reduce manual fishing and guesswork, allowing you to approach people who are interested.

Saving the best part for last, if you use these data, analytics and tracking features, you get the holy grail of sales attribution: HubSpot automatically connects engagement via email, social or forms to your sales, allowing you to see the effectiveness of your marketing. From there, the sky’s the limit!

5. Feature-rich CMS

Normally, platforms have nothing else to offer, but HubSpot recently added a whole new feature suite. Enter HubSpot CMS, a powerful, fully integrated, SEO-optimised and multi-language system for your websites.

It has a drag and drop page builder, templates and dynamic HubL language integrations. But best of all, your other HubSpot features integrate natively. That means you can create forms across your website, emails, landing pages and more, all in one place. It’s also possible to connect analytics natively and de-anonymize your visitors with ease.

As your business expands, the CMS can support multiple domains, many languages and deliver content seamlessly between your online assets. You may need a build partner to get the most out of your HubSpot CMS, but it’s a small price to pay for such rewards.

6. Streamlined communication & tickets

HubSpot provides tools to manage the outcomes of its features, through an integrated ticketing system that attaches to deals and actions customers records. That helps your sales and admin teams keep on top of tasks, ensuring customers are followed up with, deals are progressing and your activities lead to satisfied customers.

HubSpot’s communication feature allows you to segment inbound contacts like forms, email and chat and assign them to teams, meaning agents can pick up direct contact with customers. Furthermore, you can chat directly through various mediums, including HubSpot’s embedded website chatbot.

These features make it simple and easy to manage the operational side of your customer contacts, sales and record administration.

7. Gold star ease of use

Ultimately, the main thing we love about HubSpot is that it’s so easy to use. HubSpot has spent a lot of time and money on their user interface, so that anyone can use it with minimal training for general day-to-day use. At the same time, the platform has the features power users need.

HubSpot customers enjoy access to a deep marketplace of integrations as well as an online academy of training, meaning you can do almost anything without hiring in the experts.

That’s why we recommend HubSpot to our clients who are looking to grow their business, and need the best in lead generation marketing and websites.
