Organic has partnered with Dentally since 2019, continuously evolving its marketing website through improvements to structure, navigation, performance and SEO.

As Dentally launched a new brand positioning and matured into a leading SaaS platform, the business saw an opportunity to completely rethink the front-end experience and reposition the website alongside world-leading SaaS brands.

Reflecting the ambition of the product

While the Dentally platform had evolved significantly, the website no longer reflected the quality, ambition or future direction of the product.

The experience felt static, visually dated and too similar to competitors in the SaaS and practice management software space. Dentally needed a calmer, clearer and more engaging digital experience that better communicated its proposition of “stress-free dentistry”.

The site also needed to reduce friction across the customer journey, create stronger foundations for engagement and conversion, and give the marketing team a more flexible platform for future growth.

A clearer SaaS experience

We reimagined the UX and UI to align with Dentally’s new brand positioning and SaaS maturity.

The redesigned experience simplified navigation and information architecture, making it easier for users to explore the product, understand its value and move through the site with confidence.

We introduced richer visual storytelling, clearer product showcases and stronger social proof throughout the experience, helping Dentally communicate its offer in a way that felt more distinctive and more aligned with the needs of modern dental practices.

Designed for scale, performance and personalisation

A scalable design system was developed with refined interactions, transitions and animations, creating a calmer and more sophisticated experience across the site.

The new platform also introduced a more immersive and personalised content experience powered by HubSpot. Forms, CTAs and conversion journeys were redesigned to reduce friction and improve lead generation.

This created a flexible framework for future optimisation, experimentation and personalisation, giving Dentally a site that can evolve alongside the business.

The redesigned Dentally website delivers a calmer, clearer and more sophisticated digital experience that better reflects the ambition of the brand and product.

The new platform positions Dentally more confidently within the global SaaS market while improving usability, engagement and scalability.
