Arlo offers a range of home security systems, including wireless cameras, video doorbells and floodlights. Our journey with Arlo began by successfully supporting the migration of their customer relationship management (CRM) activity from Salesforce to Mailjet and Pega. Following that, we became Arlo’s customer relationship management (CRM) agency, working with them to plan campaigns and optimise performance throughout the year.

Problem

As part of our ongoing CRM partnership Arlo sought our expertise to create an Amazon Prime Day email campaign. The primary objectives were to drive sales through Amazon and Direct to Consumer channels while also increasing customer awareness of Arlo’s subscription offering.

Solution

Working in close partnership with Arlo, our team at Organic developed and executed a highly effective Amazon Prime Day email campaign. Our experts provided valuable user experience (UX) and copy recommendations, collaborating with Arlo’s in-house studio to create designs that were compatible with all email clients. Organic then took charge of building and thoroughly testing the emails, ensuring their readiness for deployment.

Results

The campaign saw outstanding results – A remarkable increase of over 202% in attributed Amazon sales compared to the previous year.

The three email campaign was successfully delivered to over 400,000 subscribers in five different languages and the click-through rate surpassed expectations. 

These exceptional results showcase the effectiveness of our approach and on-going partnership with Arlo.
