Having worked with Capita brand Pay360, we were approached by Capita’s software division to carry out auditing work on the digital channels of five key brands.
Capita’s brands wanted to assess the fitness of their digital channels and platforms, and benchmark themselves. They wanted to use the information to inform budget and resource allocation to improve digital performance.
We carried out our Agile Index programme, which uses quantitative and qualitative data to assess digital maturity compared to best practice:
- Stakeholder surveys
- Desktop research and auditing by experts on website, SEO, paid, social, email/automation, data and analytics
- Full report and presentation to each brand
Each brand took the findings of their report forward to help prioritise digital projects.
