Four leading European intellectual property law firms came to us to create a new brand for a network they were founding. The firms were Kilburn & Strode (UK), Santarelli (France), Meissner Bolte (Germany) and V.O. Patents and Trademarks (The Netherlands).

Problem

The network was in the making to aid firms in exchanging resources and exploring business prospects in light of the upcoming Unified Patent Court.

The brand needed to reflect a unified identity while also conveying that the network was not a merger or a legally binding entity. It had to be adaptable to function efficiently in a cross-European environment.

Solution

  • Created a brand story document that would articulate the essence of the network and serve as a guide for all brand communications.

  • Created a comprehensive brand handbook and collateral to ensure consistency in all brand communications across the network.
  • Designed and built a responsive website that would function efficiently in a cross-European environment, allowing firms to share resources and explore business opportunities easily.

Results

The following improvements were made to the website’s SEO, accessibility, and best practice scores:

  • Core web vital improvements were achieved on mobile and desktop devices, with notable improvements in performance, accessibility, and SEO scores.
