Physicool sells a range of clinically proven cooling bandages that are used in the NHS and by physiotherapists and individuals to treat joint and muscle pain and injury. They retained us to handle their digital marketing, with a particular focus on developing the brand and redesigning their website to increase direct sales to end users.
Physicool wanted to increase direct sales of its product to end users via its website. However the brand lacked a cohesive identity, had an out-dated web presence, and suffered from low awareness among its target audience.
- We undertook several stages to get Physicool into the position to increase awareness and sales.
- A workshop with stakeholders to assess undefined areas of the brand.
- Testing and auditing on the existing website allowed us to work out problems with the website in terms of its structure, content, and technical issues.
- Using the brand and user experience work we designed and developed a brand new modern ecommerce website for the client.
